  • The Importance of Time: Jehovah Saints Church, Gojra, Pakistan

Speaker : Pastor Shoaib Nisar Church : Jehovah Saints Church, Gojra, Pakistan “What is the most valuable resource we all possess but often take for granted?” The answer is time . Time is a gift from God, and how we use it reflects our priorities and understanding of His purpose for our lives. Key Scripture : “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” (Psalm 90:12) 1. Time is a Gift from God Key Point : God is the Creator of time, and He has entrusted us with this precious resource. Scripture Reference : Ecclesiastes 3:1 : “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” God has ordained specific times and seasons for every event in our lives. Biblical Example : The story of Esther ( Esther 4:14 ): Esther was reminded by Mordecai that she was placed in her position “for such a time as this.” Jesus’ ministry on earth: Jesus understood the importance of time, often saying, “My time has not yet come” (John 2:4). Application : Reflect on how you are using the time God has given you. Are you aligning your schedule with His will? 2. The Brevity of Time Key Point : Life is short, and we must use our time wisely. Scripture Reference : James 4:14 : “What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” Our earthly life is temporary, but what we do with our time has eternal significance. Biblical Example : The parable of the rich fool ( Luke 12:16-21 ): The man focused on storing up earthly wealth, not realizing his time was about to end. Application : Prioritize what truly matters—your relationship with God, your family, and serving others. 3. Redeeming the Time Key Point : We must make the most of every opportunity. Scripture Reference : Ephesians 5:15-16 : “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” Redeeming the time means living intentionally and purposefully. Practical Ways to Redeem Time : Spend time in prayer and studying God’s Word. Share the gospel with those who do not know Christ. Serve others and build relationships that glorify God. Biblical Example : The Apostle Paul: Despite facing imprisonment and persecution, Paul used his time to write letters, preach the gospel, and encourage the church. Application : Identify areas in your life where you are wasting time and make changes to focus on what is eternal. 4. Time and Accountability Key Point : We will give an account to God for how we used our time. Scripture Reference : Romans 14:12 : “So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God.” Time is a stewardship issue; we are accountable to God for how we use it. Biblical Example : The parable of the talents ( Matthew 25:14-30 ): The servants were judged based on how they used the resources entrusted to them, including their time. Application : Live each day with the awareness that you will one day stand before God and give an account of your life. 5. The Eternal Perspective on Time Key Point : Time on earth is preparation for eternity. Scripture Reference : 2 Corinthians 4:18 : “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” Our time on earth is an opportunity to prepare for eternity with God. Biblical Example : Noah: He spent years building the ark, obeying God’s command and preparing for the flood. His faithfulness in using his time led to the salvation of his family. Application : Focus on building treasures in heaven rather than on earth ( Matthew 6:19-21 ). 6. Encouragement to Use Time Wisely Key Point : Using time wisely brings glory to God and fulfillment to our lives. Scripture Reference : Colossians 4:5 : “Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.” Practical Encouragements : Start each day with prayer, asking God to guide your time. Set goals that align with God’s purpose for your life. Avoid distractions that pull you away from what is important. Photos of the Congregation Pastor Shoaib Nisar shared photos of the congregation, showing the vibrant community of believers at Jehovah Saints Church in Gojra. These images remind us of the importance of gathering together as the body of Christ to worship, learn, and encourage one another. Scripture Reference : Hebrews 10:25 : “Not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Time is a gift, and how we use it reflects our love for God and our understanding of His purpose for our lives. Closing Scripture : Psalm 31:15 : “My times are in Your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me.” Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. • Pastor Nadeem of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan

Pastor Nadeem, a dedicated leader of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan, recently shared heartfelt photos of his congregation and their worship service. The images captured the vibrant faith of the community, reflecting their devotion to God despite the challenges they face. Sermon Topic: Guarding Against Greed The central theme of Pastor Nadeem’s sermon was based on the words of Jesus: “Guard yourselves from every kind of greed.”  (Luke 12:15) This profound teaching reminds believers to prioritize spiritual riches over material wealth. Jesus emphasized that life is not measured by the abundance of possessions but by the richness of one’s relationship with God. Key Points from the Sermon The Danger of Greed Pastor Nadeem highlighted how greed can lead to spiritual emptiness. He referred to the parable of the rich fool in Luke 12:16-21, where Jesus warns against hoarding earthly wealth without being “rich toward God.” Scripture Reference : “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21) Contentment in God The sermon encouraged the congregation to find contentment in God’s provision, trusting Him to meet their needs. Pastor Nadeem quoted Philippians 4:11-12, where Paul speaks of learning to be content in all circumstances. Scripture Reference : “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’” (Hebrews 13:5) Generosity as an Antidote to Greed The congregation was urged to practice generosity, reflecting God’s love through acts of kindness and sharing. Pastor Nadeem reminded them of Jesus’ words in Acts 20:35: Scripture Reference : “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Eternal Perspective Finally, the sermon called believers to focus on eternal treasures. Citing Matthew 6:19-20, Pastor Nadeem urged the congregation to store up treasures in heaven, where they are secure and everlasting. Scripture Reference : “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven.” Reflections from the Congregation The photos shared by Pastor Nadeem show a congregation deeply engaged in worship and prayer. Many expressed gratitude for the message, noting how it challenged them to examine their priorities and seek God’s kingdom first. Challenges Faced by the Church Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan operates in a region where Christians often face economic and social hardships. Despite these challenges, the church remains a beacon of hope, fostering a strong sense of community and spiritual growth. • Sunday Service ReflectionBy Archbishop Amin Gill of Jehovah Saints Church, Pakistan

Sunday Service Reflection By Archbishop Amin Gill of Jehovah Saints Church, Pakistan Today, I had the privilege of leading a Sunday service in Chak No. 307 JP , where I shared a message from the Gospel of Mark, Chapter 4, verses 35 to 41. This passage, which recounts Jesus calming the storm, served as the foundation for a message of faith and trust in God's power. Key Scripture: Mark 4:35-41 "That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, 'Let us go over to the other side.' Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat so that it was nearly swamped. Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, 'Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?' He got up, rebuked the wind, and said to the waves, 'Quiet! Be still!' Then the wind died down, and it was completely calm. He said to his disciples, 'Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?' They were terrified and asked each other, 'Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!'" Reflection and Message This powerful story reminds us that even in the midst of life's storms, we are never alone. Just as Jesus calmed the storm for His disciples, He is present in our lives to bring peace and assurance in times of trouble. The congregation was deeply moved by this reminder of God's sovereignty and love. Closing Thoughts I am grateful for the opportunity to minister to the faithful in Chak No. 307 JP and to witness their faith grow stronger through the Word of God. May we all continue to trust in Him, knowing that He has the power to calm every storm in our lives. • Pastor Amin Gill's Ministry Update: Jehovah Saints Church, Lahore, Pakistan

Service at Chak No. 297 JB Pastor Amin Gill of Jehovah Saints Church in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan , shared a joyous update about his recent service conducted at Chak No. 297 JB. During this gathering, Pastor Gill delivered a powerful sermon based on the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 19, Verses 16 to 22. The message deeply touched the hearts of the congregation, bringing spiritual blessings and encouragement to all present. He also shared a photo of the congregation, which beautifully captured their unity and devotion to God. Sermon Focus: The Rich Young Ruler (Matthew 19:16-22) The passage of Matthew 19:16-22 tells the story of a rich young man who approaches Jesus, asking, "Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?"  Jesus responds by pointing him to the commandments. However, when the young man claims to have kept all the commandments, Jesus challenges him further: "If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me."  Saddened by this, the young man walks away, unable to let go of his wealth. Key Lessons from the Sermon: Eternal Life is a Gift, Not a Transaction Jesus emphasizes that eternal life cannot be earned through good deeds alone. It is a gift of grace, received through faith and surrender. Ephesians 2:8-9 : "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." The Call to Radical Discipleship True discipleship requires surrendering our earthly attachments and following Jesus wholeheartedly. Luke 9:23 : "And he said to all, 'If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.'" The Danger of Materialism The story warns against the love of wealth, which can become a barrier to fully committing to God’s kingdom. 1 Timothy 6:10 : "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs." Prioritizing Heavenly Treasures Jesus invites us to store up treasures in heaven by living lives of generosity and faith. Matthew 6:19-21 : "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven." Congregational Impact The sermon inspired the congregation to reflect on their own spiritual journeys, encouraging them to prioritize their relationship with Christ over material possessions. The message served as a reminder of the eternal rewards that await those who follow Jesus with a surrendered heart. Scriptures on Fellowship and Unity: Hebrews 10:24-25 : "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Psalm 133:1 : "Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!" Gratitude and Prayer Pastor Amin Gill expressed gratitude for the opportunity to minister to the congregation at Chak No. 297 JB. Let us continue to pray for Pastor Gill and the Jehovah Saints Church, asking for God’s guidance and blessings as they spread His Word throughout the region. May this ministry flourish and bring many more souls into the kingdom of God. Amen! • Good Morning Message of Thanksgiving

Pastor Aaron John of Jehovah Saints Church Pakistan shared updates and a sermon. Let’s begin the day with a heart full of gratitude: Start with Thanksgiving: Look around and see the blessings God has provided. Be thankful for what you have, and pray over the challenges you are facing. Always remember to pray for others, as blessings often flow when we intercede for those in need. Scripture Reference: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Gratitude not only uplifts our spirits but aligns us with God’s will, helping us to focus on His goodness. The Friendship of Jonathan and David: A Model of Christlike Love In northern Spain, a “telling room” was a place of deep sharing and connection. Similarly, the friendship of Jonathan and David in the Bible reflects a bond of love, loyalty, and selflessness. Their story teaches us about building relationships that honor God. Jonathan’s Loyalty to David: When King Saul sought to kill David out of jealousy, Jonathan protected him. Despite being the heir to the throne, Jonathan recognized God’s will for David to be king. He demonstrated humility and love by giving David his robe, sword, bow, and belt. Scripture Reference: 1 Samuel 18:3-4 “Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt.” David’s Tribute to Jonathan: After Jonathan’s death, David declared that Jonathan’s love for him was extraordinary. Scripture Reference: 2 Samuel 1:26 “I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; very pleasant have you been to me; your love to me was extraordinary, surpassing the love of women.” Building Christlike Friendships As believers, we are called to build relationships that reflect the love of Christ. These “telling rooms” of friendship allow us to open our hearts, share our burdens, and encourage one another in faith. Scripture Reference: John 15:12-13 “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” Let us cherish and nurture friendships that are rooted in Christ, offering care, encouragement, and accountability. Serving Others: A Reflection of Serving Christ Jesus reminds us that acts of kindness toward others are seen as acts of love toward Him. Scripture Reference: Matthew 25:40 “Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of Mine, you did it for Me.” Whether it is through prayer, acts of service, or simply being present for someone in need, we are called to reflect Christ’s love in our actions. Reflection and Call to Action Gratitude: Begin each day with thanksgiving, acknowledging God’s blessings in your life. Friendship: Build deep, Christlike relationships that encourage and uplift. Service: Serve others with love and humility, knowing that you are serving Christ Himself. As Pastor Aaron John reminds us, let’s live in a way that glorifies God and blesses those around us. May we always be thankful, prayerful, and loving as we walk in faith. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. Our mission to build homeless shelters around the world is inspired by Jesus’ words: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me”  (Matthew 25:40). As Jesus said in Matthew 25:40: “Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” Through their work, Momentum Charity Organization seeks to embody this teaching and extend Christ’s love to those in need. Goals: Advocating for the Vulnerable The organization is dedicated to raising awareness and addressing the needs of: Orphans and Vulnerable Children – Providing care, education, and support to children who have lost their parents or face dire circumstances. Widows – Offering assistance and empowerment to widows, helping them rebuild their lives. Disabled Individuals – Ensuring that people with disabilities receive the care and resources they need to thrive. People Living with HIV/AIDS – Supporting those affected by HIV/AIDS through education, healthcare, and compassion. Your support—whether through prayers, resources, or active participation—can make a significant impact in transforming lives and spreading the love of Christ. Partner – Consider partnering with the organization to provide resources, funding, or expertise. Volunteer – Offer your time and skills to support their programs and initiatives. Spread the Word – Share their mission with others who may want to join in this noble cause. Closing Encouragement Pastor David’s message is a powerful reminder of the call to serve others and be the hands and feet of Christ in the world. Let us come together in unity and love to support this vital work in Kenya, bringing hope and transformation to those who need it most. • A Message from Archbishop Nathaniel Gbah of Jehovah Saints Church, Liberia, West Africa

Archbishop Nathaniel Gbah recently shared an inspiring update on the ministry efforts of Jehovah Saints Church in Liberia. His message highlights both the challenges and opportunities faced by the church as they work to spread the gospel and serve their community. Children’s Ministry: Drawing the Next Generation to Christ In Liberia, many children, particularly in rural areas, lack access to education and spiritual guidance. Parents often do not encourage their children to attend church, creating a significant challenge for the ministry. Archbishop Gbah and his team have taken a creative and compassionate approach to address this issue. They prepare small treats—juices, biscuits, candy, and fruits—to attract children to the ministry. This effort has been remarkably successful, with more than 70% of the children in their community now active members of the church. As Proverbs 22:6 reminds us: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” This ministry not only provides spiritual nourishment but also lays a foundation for the future of the church and the community. Changing Mindsets: Building Self-Reliance Archbishop Gbah highlighted a prevailing mindset in Liberia, where many people depend on foreign aid and NGOs such as Christian Aid, Mercy Corps, Methodist, and Catholic organizations for support. While these organizations play a vital role, the church is working to encourage greater self-reliance within the community. This effort aligns with Galatians 6:4-5: “But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. For each will have to bear his own load.” Through small, incremental changes, the church is fostering a sense of responsibility and empowerment among its members. Expanding Partnerships: Supporting Vulnerable Groups The church has been approached by pastors from other ministries who wish to partner with Jehovah Saints Church. These pastors are seeking support for widows, single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and people with disabilities within their congregations and communities. Archbishop Gbah shared his hope that by the end of April 2025, these partnership discussions will be concluded, enabling the church to extend its reach and impact. As James 1:27 teaches us: “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.” This collaboration will allow the church to better serve those in need and demonstrate the love of Christ in action. Upcoming Training in River County Archbishop Gbah is planning a two-day training session in River County next month. The goal of this training is to teach people how to work together as a team and live in harmony as children of Jehovah. This initiative is critical for spreading the gospel to rural areas and fostering unity within the church. As Psalm 133:1 declares: “Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” This training will equip participants with the tools and knowledge they need to collaborate effectively and share the message of Christ with others. A Call for Prayer and Support Archbishop Gbah’s message is a reminder of the importance of prayer and partnership in ministry. He invites us to pray for the following: That the children’s ministry will continue to grow and bring more young souls to Christ. That the mindset of dependency will shift toward self-reliance and empowerment. That the church’s partnerships with other ministries will be fruitful and impactful. That the upcoming training in River County will inspire unity and teamwork among believers. As 1 Corinthians 3:9 reminds us: “For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.” An Encouragement to Join Hands Let us stand in prayer and support with Archbishop Gbah and Jehovah Saints Church as they work tirelessly to advance God’s kingdom in Liberia. Their dedication to serving the community, nurturing the next generation, and spreading the gospel is a powerful testament to their faith and commitment. Together, we can help bring hope and transformation to the people of Liberia, all for the glory of God. • A Message from Pastor Aftab Sundhu of Jehovah Saints Church, Pakistan

Pastor Aftab Sundhu recently shared an inspiring update on the work being done by Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan. Despite not having any donors yet, Pastor Sundhu and his church are dedicated to helping those in need in their community. Their efforts, though modest, are a testament to their faith and commitment to serving others. Helping Those in Need Pastor Sundhu shared that the church is currently assisting families in the area who do not have homes. They do what they can with the limited resources they have, demonstrating the love of Christ through their actions. As Proverbs 19:17 reminds us: “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed.” Their work is a beautiful example of living out the gospel by caring for the most vulnerable members of society. A Vision for Education and Spiritual Growth One of the church’s dreams is to build schools on the kilns where many in the Christian community work. These schools would provide both academic education and Christian Bible study, empowering individuals to read and honor God’s name. Pastor Sundhu expressed his hope that this initiative would bring glory to God and transform lives. As Hosea 4:6 says: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” By equipping their community with education and biblical teaching, the church seeks to break the cycle of poverty and spiritual ignorance, allowing individuals to grow in both wisdom and faith. Current Church Projects Pastor Sundhu also shared updates on the church’s infrastructure projects. They are about to have an electricity meter installed and are in the process of building a washroom for the congregation. These small but significant improvements will enhance the church’s ability to serve its members and the wider community. This reminds us of Philippians 4:19: “And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” A Call for Prayer and Partnership Pastor Sundhu requested prayers for the following: That God would raise up donors and helpers to support their ministry. That the church’s dream of building schools and serving the community would become a reality. That their efforts would bring glory to God’s name and be a blessing to many in Pakistan. As 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 encourages us: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” An Invitation to Serve Together Pastor Sundhu extended an invitation to serve together in ministry. He expressed a heartfelt desire to join hands with others in spreading the gospel and meeting the needs of their community. As Galatians 6:9-10 reminds us: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” A Final Encouragement Let us keep Pastor Sundhu, Jehovah Saints Church, and their ministry in our prayers. May God continue to bless their efforts, provide for their needs, and use them as a light in Pakistan. Together, we can support and uplift our brothers and sisters in Christ as they work to glorify God and serve their community. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. • A Reflection on Pastor David Chohan’s Sermon

Pastor David Chohan of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan recently shared some photos of his congregation with me, along with the message he delivered during his sermon. His teaching was based on the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 5, which is widely known as the Sermon on the Mount . This chapter is foundational to Christian teachings, as it contains the Beatitudes and profound lessons on how to live a righteous and God-honoring life. Pastor Chohan’s sermon emphasized the transformative power of Jesus’ words and their relevance to our daily lives. The Beatitudes: A Call to Blessedness In Matthew 5:3-12, Jesus begins with the Beatitudes, which highlight the blessings that come to those who embody humility, mercy, purity, and a thirst for righteousness: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:3) “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4) “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5) “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” (Matthew 5:6) Pastor Chohan encouraged his congregation to reflect on these blessings and to strive for a life marked by humility, compassion, and faithfulness. He reminded them that these qualities not only bring spiritual fulfillment but also draw us closer to God’s kingdom. Living as Salt and Light Another key part of Matthew 5 is Jesus’ call for His followers to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world: “You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:13-14) Pastor Chohan spoke about the responsibility of Christians to influence the world positively by living out their faith. Just as salt preserves and light illuminates, believers are called to preserve the truth of God’s Word and shine His love in a world filled with darkness. A Higher Standard of Righteousness Matthew 5 also contains Jesus’ teachings on fulfilling the law and living with integrity. He challenges His followers to go beyond outward obedience and to embrace a deeper, heart-level righteousness: “For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:20) Pastor Chohan emphasized the importance of internal transformation, urging the congregation to seek purity of heart and to align their thoughts, words, and actions with God’s will. A Global Reminder of Faith The photos Pastor Chohan shared beautifully captured the unity and devotion of his congregation. It was inspiring to see believers in Pakistan gathering to worship and learn from God’s Word. Their faith and commitment remind us of the global body of Christ and the power of the gospel to transcend cultural and geographical boundaries. Encouragement and Prayer Let us continue to pray for Pastor Chohan, his congregation, and the ministry of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan. May God bless their efforts to spread the gospel and strengthen their faith community. As we reflect on Matthew 5, may we also be inspired to live as salt and light in our own lives, embodying the teachings of Jesus in all that we do.
