Pastor Naveenkumar Valluri – Jehovah Saints Church, Samalkot, India We are blessed to highlight the work of Pastor Naveenkumar Valluri and the congregation of the Jehovah Saints Church in Samalkot, India . Pastor Valluri recently delivered a powerful message on salvation in the name of Jesus , emphasizing the transformative power of faith and redemption through Christ. Message Theme: Salvation in the Name of Jesus The central focus of Pastor Valluri’s sermon was the life-changing truth that salvation is found only in Jesus Christ. Through His sacrifice, we are brought from death to life, receiving forgiveness for our sins and eternal hope. Key Scripture: Ephesians 2:1 "And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;" This verse reminds us that before coming to Christ, we were spiritually dead in our sins. But through His grace, we are made alive in Him, experiencing the fullness of salvation and the joy of a renewed life. Additional Scriptures on Salvation Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." This verse proclaims that salvation is found only in Jesus. His name is the only one that can save us and bring us into a relationship with God. John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." Jesus Himself declares that He is the only way to the Father, emphasizing that salvation is through Him alone. Romans 10:9-10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This passage highlights the simplicity of salvation: confessing and believing in Jesus leads to eternal life. 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." Salvation in Jesus transforms us completely, making us new creations and freeing us from the bondage of sin. - Jehovah Saints Kenya: Key Principles to Receive Your Blessings
Jehovah Saints Kenya: Key Principles to Receive Your Blessings Preacher: Pastor Kizito Wafula Church: Jehovah Saints, Nairobi, Kenya Blessings are part of God’s promises to His people, but there are principles we must follow to position ourselves to receive them. Pastor Kizito Wafula shared a powerful message on how we can align ourselves with God's will and unlock the blessings He has prepared for us. Today, we will walk through key principles to receive your blessings as taught in Scripture. 1. Faith in God Faith is the foundation of receiving blessings from God. Without faith, it is impossible to please Him or to trust in His promises. Faith unlocks the doors to the supernatural. Scripture References: "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him." – Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) "Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.’" – Mark 9:23 (NKJV) Faith requires us to believe that God is able to do what He has promised, even when circumstances seem impossible. 2. Obedience to God’s Word Obedience is a key principle for receiving blessings. God’s blessings are often tied to our willingness to follow His instructions. When we obey, we show our trust in His wisdom and His plan for our lives. Scripture References: "If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all His commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God." – Deuteronomy 28:1-2 (NIV) "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." – James 1:22 (NKJV) Obedience brings alignment with God’s will, which positions us to receive His blessings. 3. Prayer and Seeking God Prayer is a powerful way to connect with God and seek His blessings. When we pray, we demonstrate our dependence on Him and invite Him to work in our lives. Scripture References: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." – Matthew 7:7 (NKJV) "You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart." – Jeremiah 29:13 (NIV) Persistent and heartfelt prayer moves the hand of God and opens the heavens for His blessings to flow. 4. Giving and Generosity Giving is a principle that unlocks blessings. When we give cheerfully and sacrificially, we honor God and demonstrate our trust in His provision. Scripture References: "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." – Luke 6:38 (NKJV) "Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine." – Proverbs 3:9-10 (NIV) Generosity reflects God’s heart and opens the door for Him to bless us abundantly. 5. Gratitude and Thanksgiving A heart of gratitude attracts blessings. When we thank God for what He has already done, we position ourselves to receive even more. Scripture References: "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." – 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV) "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name." – Psalm 100:4 (NIV) Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have, and it invites God to continue blessing us. 6. Patience and Perseverance Sometimes blessings take time to manifest, and we need patience to wait on God’s perfect timing. Perseverance in faith and obedience is crucial during seasons of waiting. Scripture References: "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." – Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." – Galatians 6:9 (NIV) God’s timing is perfect, and perseverance ensures we don’t miss out on His blessings. 7. Living a Righteous Life Righteousness is a key principle for receiving blessings. God honors those who live according to His ways and seek to please Him in all they do. Scripture References: "For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless." – Psalm 84:11 (NIV) "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." – Matthew 6:33 (NIV) When we pursue righteousness, we align ourselves with God’s heart and open the door for His blessings. 8. Trusting in God’s Promises Trust is essential to receiving blessings. Even when circumstances seem uncertain, we must hold on to God’s promises and believe that He will fulfill them. Scripture References: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." – Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) "Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him." – Jeremiah 17:7 (NIV) God is faithful, and trusting Him ensures that we remain in His will, where blessings flow. Pastor Kizito Wafula reminded us that blessings are not automatic; they require faith, obedience, prayer, generosity, gratitude, patience, righteousness, and trust. These principles position us to receive what God has already prepared for us. Let us remember that God desires to bless His children, but we must align ourselves with His Word and His will. As we apply these principles in our lives, we can expect to see His blessings manifest in ways beyond what we could ask or imagine. Closing Scripture: "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." – Ephesians 3:20-21 Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your Word and for the principles You have given us to receive Your blessings. Help us to walk in faith, obedience, prayer, and righteousness. Teach us to trust in Your promises and to wait patiently for Your perfect timing. May our lives reflect Your glory as we receive and share the blessings You pour out on us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. - Jehovah Saints Church: The Love of God
Jehovah Saints Church: The Love of God At Jehovah Saints Church in Kasur, Pakistan, Pastor Jamil Masih delivered a powerful sermon on one of the most profound and transformative truths in the Bible: the love of God . His message reminded us that God’s love is not only unconditional but also life-changing, offering hope, healing, and redemption to all who receive it. The love of God is the foundation of our faith and the heart of the gospel. As Pastor Jamil shared, understanding and experiencing God’s love is essential for living a life that reflects His grace and truth. Below are some key points from the sermon, along with scriptures that illuminate the depth and power of God’s love. 1. God’s Love is Unconditional Pastor Jamil began by emphasizing that God’s love is not based on our performance, achievements, or worthiness. Instead, it is freely given, even when we fall short. Scripture: Romans 5:8: “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” This verse reminds us that God loved us at our lowest point, proving that His love is not earned but freely given. Jeremiah 31:3: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.” God’s love is eternal and unchanging, a constant source of comfort and assurance in our lives. 2. God’s Love is Sacrificial Pastor Jamil highlighted the ultimate demonstration of God’s love: the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ, for the salvation of humanity. Scripture: John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” This verse is the cornerstone of our faith, showing that God’s love is so great that He gave His only Son to save us. 1 John 4:9-10: “This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” God’s love is active and sacrificial, reaching out to us even when we are undeserving. 3. God’s Love Transforms Our Lives Pastor Jamil encouraged the congregation to allow God’s love to transform their hearts and lives. When we experience His love, it compels us to love others and live in obedience to His will. Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:14-15: “For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.” God’s love inspires us to live selflessly and serve others, reflecting His character in the world. 1 John 4:19: “We love because he first loved us.” Our ability to love others flows directly from the love God has shown us. 4. God’s Love is Our Foundation in Times of Trouble Pastor Jamil reminded the congregation that God’s love is a source of strength and hope, even in the most challenging times. Scripture: Romans 8:38-39: “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” No matter what we face, God’s love is unshakable and ever-present. Psalm 36:7: “How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.” God’s love is a refuge and a source of peace during life’s storms. 5. Sharing God’s Love with Others Pastor Jamil concluded the sermon by challenging the congregation to share God’s love with the world. As recipients of His grace, we are called to be His hands and feet, demonstrating His love to those in need. Scripture: Matthew 22:37-39: “Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Loving God and loving others are inseparable; they are the greatest commandments. Galatians 6:10: “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” God’s love calls us to action, to serve and uplift those around us. Final Thoughts Pastor Jamil’s sermon on the love of God was a powerful reminder of the depth, breadth, and transformative power of His love. At Jehovah Saints Church, we are committed to living out this love by serving the homeless, the poor, and the needy, bringing hope and healing to those in need. Let us all take to heart the words of 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” May we continue to grow in God’s love and share it with the world, reflecting His glory in all that we do. - Jehovah Saints Church Kasur, Pakistan
Jehovah Saints Church Kasur, Pakistan Pastor Jamil Masih Teaching on the SEP Trinity: Jehovah, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit Introduction to The SEP Trinity The term "SEP" stands for "separated," yet it emphasizes the unified work of the three persons of the Godhead: Jehovah (the Father), Jesus (the Son), and the Holy Spirit . While distinct in person, they operate in perfect harmony as One. This unity is likened to the sacred bond of marriage, as seen in Genesis 2:24: Genesis 2:24 "For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh ." Just as a husband and wife remain two distinct individuals yet work together as one, so too does the SEP Trinity. Each member of the Trinity has a unique role, but they are inseparable in their purpose and essence. 1. Jehovah (The Father): The Creator and Sustainer Jehovah, or God the Father, is the source of all creation and the One who establishes His divine plan for humanity. Key Scriptures: Deuteronomy 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one." This verse emphasizes the oneness of God. Isaiah 45:18 "For this is what the Lord says—he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited—he says: 'I am the Lord, and there is no other.'" Jehovah is the Creator and sustainer of all things. Psalm 103:13 "As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him." This verse highlights the loving and compassionate nature of Jehovah as our Father. 2. Jesus (The Son): The Savior and Redeemer Jesus, the Son, who came to earth to redeem humanity through His life, death, and resurrection. Key Scriptures: John 1:1-3 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." Jesus, the Word, was with Jehovah from the beginning and was instrumental in creation. John 10:30 "I and the Father are one." Jesus affirms His unity with Jehovah, showing that while they are distinct, they work together as one, even as a husband and wife are one flesh working together. John 14:6 "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Jesus is the mediator between humanity and Jehovah, providing the only way to salvation. This is why we end our prayers in Jesus Name, Amen. Because we cannot talk to Jehovah directly, but through Jesus. 3. The Holy Spirit: The Comforter and Empowerer The Holy Spirit is within us, guiding, comforting, and empowering believers to live according to His will. Key Scriptures: John 16:13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He, the Holy Spirit, only speaks what he hears Jehovah speak. John 14:26 King James Version But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. The Holy Spirit works in unity with the Father and the Son to teach and guide believers. Acts 1:8 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." The Holy Spirit empowers believers to fulfill the mission of Jesus. Romans 8:26-27 "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God." The Holy Spirit intercedes for us and works in harmony with the Father and the Son. The SEP Trinity in Action The SEP Trinity—Jehovah, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit—demonstrates the perfect example of unity. Each member plays a unique role: Jehovah is the Creator and sustainer of all things. Jesus is the Savior and Redeemer who reconciles us to the Father. The Holy Spirit He is the Comforter and Empowerer who dwells within us. Together, they work together as One to fulfill Jehovah’s divine plan for humanity. Just as the SEP Trinity is united as One, believers are called to reflect this unity in their faith, relationships, and service to others. Final Scripture: Matthew 28:19 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. " This verse highlights the unified mission of the SEP Trinity and the call for believers to share this truth with the world. May this teaching inspire believers to grow in their understanding of the SEP Trinity and to walk in unity with God and one another. Amen. - Archbishop Victor K. Phiri Reports: Jehovah Saints Malawi's Mission to Transform Lives
Archbishop Victor K. Phiri Reports: Jehovah Saints Malawi's Mission to Transform Lives Youth Outreach Programs: Empowering the Next Generation Jehovah Saints Advocacy is deeply committed to engaging with young people through mentorship, leadership development, and educational initiatives . These programs aim to empower the youth to become agents of positive change in their communities. Our efforts are inspired by 1 Timothy 4:12 : “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” Through this scripture, we encourage young believers to lead by example, demonstrating Christ’s love and values in their daily lives. CALL TO ACTION: Support Our Mission to Build a Better Future We urgently need your help to make a difference in the lives of thousands of vulnerable children and families in Malawi. Jehovah Saints Malawi is on a mission to: Build a Home for Orphaned and Vulnerable Children : To provide a safe and loving environment for homeless children. Establish a School : To offer quality education to underprivileged kids and empower them with knowledge and skills. Construct a Hospital : To provide medical care to those in need, ensuring access to health services for the most vulnerable. Scripture Inspiration: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40 To achieve this vision, we urgently need to raise MK 30,000,000 (USD 17,666) to buy land for this project. Every contribution counts, no matter how small. Your support will help us create a safe haven for children, improve access to education, and provide healthcare to those in need. Together, we can create a ripple effect of kindness and transform lives. Scripture Inspiration: “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” — Luke 6:38 Bible Classes in Schools Initiative: Building a Foundation of Faith and Morality In Malawi, Jehovah Saints is advocating for the inclusion of Bible classes in schools , recognizing the importance of character development and moral education. We work with schools and educational authorities to introduce Bible lessons, giving students the opportunity to learn about God’s teachings and values. Scripture Inspiration: “Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.” — Hebrews 12:14 The Importance of Bible Classes in Schools Promoting Moral Values and Ethics : The Bible teaches principles that guide individuals to live righteous lives, helping to reduce violence and promote peace in communities. “Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6 Fostering Understanding and Peace : By introducing children to God’s Word, we help them develop a strong moral foundation to navigate the challenges of the modern world. “For the nation and kingdom that will not serve Jehovah shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.” — Isaiah 60:12 Preventing Violence : Children who grow up with a strong understanding of God’s teachings are less likely to engage in harmful behaviors. “Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” — Proverbs 27:17 Through this initiative, we meet with students every Friday in schools to study the Bible, helping them grow in their faith and character. Why This Mission Matters Many children in Malawi lack access to spiritual guidance. They do not know who God is, nor do they have parents who teach them about God’s Word. By incorporating Bible classes into schools, we: Equip children with the knowledge of God’s principles. Help them grow into responsible, compassionate, and morally upright individuals. Create a generation of peacemakers who will contribute to a better society. Scripture Inspiration: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” — Matthew 5:9 Testimonies of Transformation Through our youth outreach programs and Bible classes , we are seeing incredible transformations in the lives of students: Many are growing in their faith and becoming leaders in their communities. Violence in schools is being reduced as children embrace God’s teachings. Students are learning to love and respect one another, creating a culture of peace and understanding. Scripture Inspiration: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” — Proverbs 9:10 How You Can Help We cannot achieve these goals without your support. Jehovah Saints Prison Ministry: Bringing Redemption and Hope to the Incarcerated Our Mission: Sharing God’s Love and Forgiveness The Jehovah Saints Prison Ministry in Malawi , led by Archbishop Victor K. Phiri , is dedicated to reaching out to incarcerated individuals. Through spiritual guidance, support, and rehabilitation programs, we help inmates discover redemption, forgiveness, and a renewed sense of purpose in life. Our mission is inspired by the truth of Romans 6:23 : “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” We believe that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace, and through our ministry, we aim to shine the light of Christ into the darkest places. Growing Impact: Transforming Lives in Malawi Jehovah Saints Malawi is growing every day, and so is the impact of our prison ministry. Encouraged Fellowship : Engaging inmates in prayer and worship. Provided Gifts : Demonstrating God’s love through acts of kindness. Scripture Inspiration: “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. Pardons Due to Good Behavior : Through the power of God’s Word, many inmates develop good character, leading to pardons and reintegration into society. Impact on Prison Staff : The prison staff also witness the changes in inmates and are inspired by the ministry’s work. Scripture Inspiration: “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 Our Vision: Training and Equipping Inmates Our hearts are burdened with the need to train inmates to become responsible and productive members of society. To achieve this, we need your support for: Bibles : To provide every inmate with access to God’s Word. Transportation : To reach remote prisons and deliver resources. - Archbishop Vincent Phiri of Jehovah Saints Malawi Reports
Report: Archbishop Vincent Phiri of Jehovah Saints Aid and Relief Efforts: Serving Malawi in Obedience to God’s Word The Jehovah Saints Church has extended its humanitarian efforts to Malawi, providing aid, relief, and support to communities in need. This work is rooted in the biblical command found in Galatians 6:10 : “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Through these efforts, the church seeks to fulfill its mission of preserving human dignity and caring for those in need, particularly the vulnerable and impoverished in Malawi. Our Purpose: Preserving Human Dignity and Caring for Those in Need Our purpose is simple yet profound: to bring urgent relief to families affected by poverty and hunger while preserving their dignity. We are committed to responding to crises and empowering beneficiaries through sustainable programs and resources. Make a Difference: Support Our Mission Would you like to help us make an impact? Make a Monthly Donation : Your consistent support can transform lives. Preset Donation Options : Choose from $20, $40, or $60. Custom Amount : Use the slider to select an amount between $10 and $250 to contribute. Every dollar you give helps save lives and bring hope to families in need. Donate now and be a blessing to others. Hunger and Poverty Relief: Feeding the Hungry and Empowering the Poor Our primary mission is to address hunger and poverty by bringing relief to vulnerable families. Inspired by Matthew 25:35 , where Jesus says, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,” we strive to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world. Hunger Relief Programs Our food distribution programs provide nutritious meals to those who lack access to food, regardless of their religion or background. These efforts involve: Food Distribution Logistics : Warehousing and transportation to remote areas. Establishing distribution centers to ensure food reaches those in need. Community Gardens and Agricultural Development : Promoting local food production to create sustainable solutions for hunger. Distribution of MannaPacks : MannaPacks contain a blend of rice, soy protein, dehydrated vegetables, and essential nutrients to combat malnutrition. Together, we are feeding hungry children, providing malnutrition treatment for families, and empowering communities to grow their own food. Call to Action: Help Us Reach Our Goal Malawi has recently faced natural disasters that have devastated several remote communities. We need your help to raise $50,000 to provide critical aid. Your contribution can help us provide 1-month food packs for families in need. Pro-Life Campaign: Advocating for the Sanctity of Life Our pro-life campaign is rooted in the belief that all life is sacred and begins at conception. We aim to raise awareness about the value of human life and provide alternatives to abortion by supporting pregnant women in challenging circumstances. The Sanctity of Life: A Biblical Perspective Life begins when the heart starts beating, signifying the presence of a soul. This understanding is supported by Scripture: Jeremiah 1:5 : “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” Psalm 139:13-16 : “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Job 31:15 : “Did not he who made me in the womb make them? Did not the same one form us both within our mothers?” We believe the soul is connected to the body through the "Sinus Node" of the heart, which sends electrical impulses throughout the body. Doctors declare a person clinically dead when all electrical activity ceases, signifying the departure of the soul. From this understanding, we conclude that life begins at the moment a baby’s heart starts beating. Heartbreaking Reality Archbishop Vincent Phiri has personally witnessed the disregard for life in abortion procedures, where babies are treated as medical waste. This calls for urgent action to protect the sanctity of life and advocate for alternatives to abortion. Abortion Awareness Campaign: Addressing Unsafe Practices On International Safe Abortion Day, Food for the Poor Malawi launched an online campaign to raise awareness about the risks of unsafe abortions. The campaign seeks to: Raise Awareness : Educate the public about the dangers of unsafe abortion and its impact on maternal health. Engage Stakeholders : Work with lawmakers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to address abortion laws and practices. Promote Alternatives : Advocate for resources and support for women facing unplanned pregnancies, offering hope and life-affirming solutions. This initiative is grounded in our belief in the sanctity of life and the biblical mandate to care for the most vulnerable among us. Join Us in Making a Difference The work of Jehovah Saints Church in Malawi is a testament to the power of faith in action. Whether through hunger relief, pro-life advocacy, or disaster response, we are committed to serving those in need and upholding the dignity of every human life. Scripture to Reflect On : Isaiah 58:10 : “If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.” James 2:14-17 : “What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,’ but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” Call to Action: Be Part of the Solution Donate : Your financial support can save lives and bring hope to those in need. Pray : Join us in praying for the people of Malawi and for the success of our programs. Advocate : Share our mission with others and encourage them to get involved. Together, we can make a difference. Let us heed the words of Matthew 5:16 : “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Closing Prayer Heavenly Father, we thank You for the opportunity to serve those in need. May our efforts bring glory to Your name and hope to the hopeless. Bless those who give, pray, and advocate for this mission. Guide us as we seek to be Your hands and feet in a world that desperately needs Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen. - A Call for Prayer and Support: Rebuilding After Tragedy in Jaranwala, Pakistan
A Call for Prayer and Support: Rebuilding After Tragedy in Jaranwala, Pakistan Report by Pastor Arfan Bashir, Jehovah Saints Church Pastor Arfan Bashir of Jehovah Saints Church in Jaranwala, Pakistan, shares the heartbreaking story of a man named Bashir and his family. Bashir and his ancestors had lived in their family home for generations. This house, pictured below, was not just a structure but a place of love, memories, and stability for five brothers and their families , who all lived together under one roof. The Tragic Incident in Jaranwala On August 16, 2023 , during the tragic incident in Jaranwala, Bashir’s home was burned down in an attack by local Muslims. This devastating act left the family homeless and struggling to rebuild their lives. Now, Bashir and his family live in rented houses , facing extreme financial hardship. Whatever they earn is spent on rent and food, leaving them with no resources to rebuild their ancestral home. This period has been incredibly difficult for them, as they long to return to the home that was once their refuge. A Biblical Perspective on Suffering and Hope God’s Presence in Times of Trouble The Bible reminds us that God is near to those who are brokenhearted and suffering. He is our refuge and strength in times of adversity. Psalm 34:18: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 46:1: “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” The Call to Help Those in Need As believers, we are called to bear one another’s burdens and help those in need. Supporting Bashir’s family is an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ in action. Galatians 6:2: “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Proverbs 19:17: “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done.” Restoration Through God’s Grace God is a God of restoration, and He promises to rebuild what has been destroyed. Let us pray and trust that He will provide for Bashir and his family during this difficult time. Jeremiah 30:17: “But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord.” Isaiah 61:7: “Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.” How You Can Help Pray for Bashir and His Family Pray for strength, provision, and comfort for Bashir, his brothers, and their families during this challenging time. Ask God to open doors for them to rebuild their home and restore their stability. Provide Financial Support If you feel led, consider contributing to help Bashir and his family rebuild their home. Your support can make a significant difference in their lives, allowing them to return to the place they once called home. Spread Awareness Share this story with others who may be able to help or pray for this family. Together, we can make an impact and show the love of Christ in action. A Message of Hope Despite the pain and loss, we trust in God’s promises for restoration and provision. As the Bible reminds us: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19 Let us come together as the body of Christ to support Bashir and his family, knowing that God works through His people to bring hope and healing. See the photos below of the house and the family affected by this tragedy. May the Lord bless and guide all efforts to help this family rebuild their home and their lives. ✝️ Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need.
