There is a unique kind of holiness found in a shared meal. Today, Pastor Raesh, Evangelist Maria, and Sister Saba came together with a singular mission: to ensure the children were fed, fueled, and felt loved.
The menu? A favorite among the little ones—Rice. Watching their faces light up with every spoonful reminds us that ministry isn't always found behind a pulpit; sometimes, it’s found in a kitchen.
The "Fast" of Fullness
We often think of fasting as strictly abstaining from food, but there is a beautiful spiritual perspective to consider here. When we dedicate what we eat to the Lord and use that nourishment to strengthen our bodies for His work, we are engaging in a "Consecrated Meal."
By choosing wholesome, joyful eating over gluttony or mindless consumption, we treat our bodies like the temples they are. Seeing the children happy doesn't just fill their stomachs—it fills our spirits. Their joy is our greatest reward.
Scriptural Inspiration
To ground this beautiful moment in the Word, let’s look at how Scripture views food, health, and the joy of children:
1 Corinthians 10:31 > "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
Psalm 127:3 > "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him."
Proverbs 22:6 > "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."
3 John 1:2 > "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."
Why This Matters
When we feed the hungry, we are directly serving Christ. As the body grows strong from the rice, the heart grows strong from the community. A healthy body is a vessel for a powerful spirit!

📜 The Prayer
“I pray for Jehovah to speak through me all the time,
and I pray for Jehovah to remove all my thoughts
and give me your thoughts Father all the time,
as I do not even want my thoughts.”
