John Chapter 13: Verse 23 (KJV)

Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.

John Chapter 14 Verse :23

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

John Chapter 19: Verse 26 (KJV)

When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!

John Chapter 20: Verse 2 (KJV)

Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

John Chapter 21: Verse 7 (KJV)

Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.

John Chapter 21: Verse 15 (KJV)

So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

John Chapter 21: Verse 17 (KJV)

He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Jesus Is Love

Love is not merely an emotion. Love has a name, and His name is Jesus Christ.

Jesus loved the forgotten, the broken, the poor, and the sinner. He loved those who followed Him and even those who rejected Him. His love was not measured by words alone but by sacrifice, mercy, compassion, and truth. He calls us to love God with our whole heart and to follow Him without reservation.

From Bethany to Calvary, from the disciples' table to the empty tomb, Jesus demonstrated a love that never failed and never ended. The heart of Christ remains open to all who believe, trust, and obey Him. His love reaches beyond time, beyond circumstances, and beyond human understanding.

Jesus is Love. He loved His own unto the end, and He still loves those who come to Him today.
