Ephesians 4:32 (EHV):

"Instead, be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ has forgiven us."

💡 What This Actually Means

This verse isn't asking us to pretend the hurt never happened. It’s asking us to change our posture.

Kindness & Compassion: These are the "active" ingredients. It’s hard to hold a grudge when you’re looking at someone through the lens of empathy.
