There is a love that began long before our first prayer, our first act of faith, or our first step toward God. It is the love of Jesus Christ.
Before we sought Him, He sought us. Before we called upon His name, He knew ours. Before we understood grace, He demonstrated it through His sacrifice on the cross. The greatest story ever told is not about mankind reaching heaven, but about Heaven reaching down to save mankind.
Jesus did not love us because we were worthy. He loved us while we were lost. He loved us while we were sinners. He loved us enough to carry a cross, endure suffering, and lay down, His life, so that we "might" have eternal life through Him.
The cross stands as an eternal testimony that God's love is stronger than sin, greater than fear, and more powerful than death itself. Every nail, every wound, and every drop of blood declared a message that still echoes through the ages: You are loved.
When we truly understand that Christ loved us first, our hearts are drawn to worship Him, trust Him, and follow Him. His love changes lives, heals broken hearts, and fills empty souls with everlasting hope.
The love of Jesus is not just a chapter in history. It is a living reality that continues to transform all who believe in Him today.
