Psalm 46:1

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."

This powerful verse offers three core promises for every believer and every season of life:

Our Refuge: A refuge is a safe tower—a place of defense and protection from life's tempests. When challenges, poverty, or uncertainty press in on every side, God Himself becomes our safe harbor.
Our Strength: We do not have to rely on our own limited power. When our endurance runs low, His divine strength step in, empowering us to endure and serve others sacrificially.
An Ever-Present Help: God is not distant or unconcerned. He is actively present right now, in the midst of every struggle, ready to deliver, sustain, and guide us through every trial.
